I'm looking for some type of athletic event to train for .. right now i workout 6 days a week doing a combination of weights and cardio.. looking to give myself a real goal!

I've read a lot online recently about using aspirin as a facial mask for acne treatment.. from the reviews it seems very effective.. my question is can it be dangerous .. using several aspirin to make a mask that you use multiple times per week.. are you absorbing large quantities of aspirin into your bloodstream? is this dangerous?

Ok so I have been trying to figure out what is causing sudden acne breakouts.. It tends to flare up for a couple weeks and these occurrences happen about every couple months.. I eat pretty healthy, exercise a decent amount and take care of my hygiene properly.. I think it may be due to stress.. lately I have been using a sauna because I heard that can help with both stress & acne.

Any good advice would be appreciated.. i'm a 22 y/o male btw.

I deal with a lot of stress & anxiety on a regular basis. I'm just one of those people that over analyze everything! I wish it wasn't so difficult to deal with daily stress so any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

I would appreciate any advice. I'm 22 years old.. went to community college briefly after high school (1 year part time).. didn't apply myself to my work and my grades suffered .. I stopped going to school and just have been working full-time since.. I've reached a point where I realize how important a college education is.. I really want to get back in to school and pursue a career.. I'm still unsure what field I would like to get in to but I still have some basic classes to complete .. please give me some advice!!

Do you think this could happen in Miami next season? Also, how do you think it would work out if it were to happen?
