I have an interview tomorrow for a Digital Marketing Specialist position, and they are asking me to do a presentation and a marketing plan. Has anyone done a marketing plan for a job interview? From my experience, it takes a while to put together a marketing plan, and for them to ask me a day before the interview sounds a bit unprofessional. Or is this a "free" way of them asking for some useful information and not hire someone for the position?

My relationship with my ex ended three years ago. This was the most serious and the longest relationship that I've had. We've dated for four years. For the past year and a half he has been sending messages via email on special occasions, and asking how things are with me. He has been trying to get in touch with me for over a year now and I have not responded to any of his messages, i did not even sent a message saying hello. I do have strong feelings for him and I feel really bad about not even saying a hello to him. I didn't want to start things over again because we dated for four years and there was no commitment from him. So, last week my sister ran into my ex at a department store and they chatted for a bit. As my sister was leaving and said "good bye" to him, he turned around and asked about me and asked if I was married. My sister said no, and he said he has been trying to get in touch with me but never heard back from me...and said "say hello to your sister and if she wants to get married she should call me" My sister was lighting struck with the comment and so is everyone else. We don't know if he is being serious or just made a comment like that to get talking to me again. Not sure if I should take this seriously and respond back to him.
