I've recently noticed that when I run, sometimes I get something like a knot on my one of my shins(usually the left one). It feels soft not like muscle and I get it about 1 in every 3 times I run...and my shin burns like im powerwalking. Is this some sort of cramp or what? Also, I run on a treadmill and I go for about 2-4 miles each time.

BTW I hardly ever stretch, I warm up by walking 5min....and thank you in advanced for your input

So I accidentally broke the tub in my bathroom and I was wondering what my rights as a tenant is. The landlord is wanting to charge me to replace the tub, including both the cost of the tub itself and labor. Doesn't the monthly rent include maintenance and servicing costs? Should I only be charged the price of the tub?

I've been trying to make these tubes for a while now, I've been using regular school glue diluted in water. The problem I've been having is that the tubes aren't as hard as I had hoped, they've completely dried but still have a semi-flimsy structure. The tube thickness is somewhere around 1/8-1/4inch, so I don't think lack of material as cause for concern. How should I go about making them in order to have them strong and durable? Should I change the type of glue? should I wrap the paper tighter? Any suggestions are appreciated

I've got to lose 10 lbs in order for me to compete in my wrestling match, I recently put on some weight , so I've got to find a way to lose it. Any ideas of how to go about it? I've got access to gym machines, but I want to know what to eat in order to keep up my energy while still losing weight. and I don't want to gain anymore muscle.

I'm currently not enlisted in the navy, so I was wondering if I take the SEAL challenge, would I need to complete basic training first or would I be put immediately into BUDS as a substitute? Also, if I fail, would I have to chose a different occupation/job in the Navy or would I be able to try again?

I Saw this bomb on some documentary one day, and it really impressed me. Its an anti-tank bomb that dispenses explosive disks. The part that amazed me was how they managed to make the individual bomblets guided, I think they used a heat sensor to detect the target's heat signature. Once the bomblet has identified a heat signature, it explodes a directional charge that blasts molten metal to the target. It costs a little over $2 million USD each, and it was deployed twice in Iraq. Does anyone else know what Im talking about? And where can I see the video for the test bombing?

if water freezes at 0-C at 1Atmosphere, what is its freezing point at 3times the pressure. Im just curious, Im trying to supercool water so I was wondering about this. I've tried using ultra purified water in a glass bottle with no added pressure, but it failed and broke the bottle...The only time I have succeeded was the first time I found I could supercool liquids in my freezer, it was a Lipton tea drink that wasn't open yet. Any idea how I can succeed?

I burned some DVD movies into UIF format, the burn was successful, but when I mounted the the DVD image and played the DVD on the ghost drive the movie was playing like a scratched disc...pixelated image and stuttering audio. I only managed to get 3 out of the 10 Movie images to play flawlessly, I seriously don't know what I did differently. How can I fix this problem, or is there a better way to rip DVD movies without having to burn another disc? Any and all possible solutions are appreciated, thank you

I'm talking about those ANSWERS members who read a question that is of questionable integrity and then instead of trying another question they post this most annoying reply(not an answer):

This applies to any racial degradation, its just rude. Also, most of these questions are easy to decipher even with the bad spelling and quizzical abbreviations. Igot a set a of HP recovery disks that installs windows xp. I couldn't install them because of a new hard drive igot. Is there some way to bypass the security feature? I called support but was met with more questions than answers...PS: don't buy HP computers!!!
