I usually feel kind of cold after eating lunch at work, though the room isn't exceptionally cold any other time during the day.

It's the skin right under my eye and it's been doing it on and off for days.

I m not sure what I did to cause the pain, I had bad indigestion one day which caused nausea and for my chest, teeth, and neck to hurt. After a short time I was feeling better... except for my neck. The left side of my neck hurts really bad. I ve had my wife rub it a few times, I ve used a heating pad, pain relieving creams and Ibuprofen to try to find some relief. The only thing that really seems to make a difference is the Ibuprofen. Anyway, this is the fourth day of my neck hurting. Is this just a pulled/strained muscle or is this a sign of something more serious?

I feel this way often. Why is this and what can I do to change/fix it?

My wife teaches music in a small school. The concerts they have are always very good except that the junior high students talk and carry on constantly while getting on and off the risers and while sitting in the bleachers waiting for their turn to perform. It's so bad, that the parents in the audience sit and stare at them. My wife is new and is unsure how to keep them quiet. They yell inappropriate things, stomp their feet, clap at inappropriate times, and talk constantly. She's tried taking down names of some of the misbehaving students and docking individual student's grades, but it doesn't help. Does anyone have any ideas she could try?

Who do you find is easiest to talk to about your problems? I worry about what people are going to think, so for me I feel like it's people I don't know personally. That way if they think less of me it doesn't really matter. I also find it easier to talk to people younger then me. I feel like people my own age or older are always judging me.

Please explain.
