can you help a new mother?
My sister resently had a baby girl by c section and we need some advise on when she'll recover and if there's anything we can do to help her body heal as the daddy works from 6am to 11pm every weekday so she'll be on her own with the baby for most of the day.
Any help would be appreciated :)
