So I have a CD/DVD drive on my Sony Vaio PC. It came that way. Anyway I installed software on my PC so that I could take DVDs and turn them into I-pod file format to watch tme on my I-pod. It worked for a bit and then all of a sudden my CD/DVD Drive would not read DVDs. I tried system Restore and that didn't work at all, so I deleted everything on my PC with the restore disk and started fresh...Now I popped in "The Sism Life Stories" Which is a DVD-ROM and my PC won't read it....whats going on and how do I get my DVD player to work right again? By the way, the software I used for the DVD to I-pod thing was Cucusoft Video Converter.

ok...so I have a Kodak Easyshare C743...I had a 1.0 GB for it made by Polaroid. It works fine but I bought a PNY 4.0 GB HC card for my trip that I'm taking so I had a card for pictures and another one to shoot video with. I put the 4.0 card in and it said it needed to be formated...I thought this was alittle weird since it never said that before but I did as it said...thing is the formating screen comes up and then goes away...I put it into shoot mode and it says that the card needs to be formatted...what am I doing wrong?

Ok so I just finished watching date line about a new kind of high-jacker...seems people aren't into planes or cars anymore but they want my ipod. I was wondering if there was any free software I could put onto my i-pod...so that it could be tracked if it was stolen...It needs to be free. I don't have a credit card because I am just a kid and my parents think it is a waste of money to sign up with a website...Can any of you help. Thanks.

Ok, so I just recently did a restore on my computer because there was a porgram installed that was making my PC run very slow. So I uninstalled it and did a restore because some of the files from the program would not go away. Now it seems ever since the restore my whole internet connection is running real slow. Yes I am downloading things whle do other suff so I expect it to be a little slow, but the browser is acting slower then nomal even with the downloads going. I've tried disk defragment and scandisk to clean up files and nothing has worked. I even tired to clear out all my cookies and no dice. Yes I am running off a DSL Router but the internet is going slow almost to the speed of dial-up. Can any of you help? Also do you know of any fast browsers I am using Mozilla firefox.

yeah so I'm going to a concert august 5th and I'm trying to get two backstage passes...know anywhere I met be able to buy them...I tried Hot Topic since the concert is presented by them...and the guy said it was too early to say but to try their website....that was a week ago.
