  • Morning or evening exercise?

I've been going for jogs a couple of nights a week after work and this is fine but sometimes I lack the motivation after a hard day. I figured that going before work might be a good idea, what do you think? will I get tired all day or anything like that?

  • How to improve my lifestyle, advice?

I'm a 23 year old guy living and working, basically figuring out what to do with my life. Finished university a year ago and I've been working a deadend job in a callcentre all year attempting to save money; trouble is the moneys so bad I've barely been able to save anything! I've pretty much spent a year of my life working this repetitive job, smoking weed in the evenings, going to bars/ clubs at the weekends, having 1 night stands and generally being a complete mess! Ive always been a motivated and levelheaded and this lifestyle is nothing like me whatsoever!

So I've now not smoked anything for over a month, I've stopped going to clubs and bars unless there's a reason and not just for the sake of doing something; I've begun exercising again and I've quit my job and searching for something better and more creative.

I'm on. Good path and I'm eager for any advice on how to maintain this and further improve my lifestyle.
