I am a gay black man who has been in a relationship with an Asian man for 18 months and is tough. He's a great looking guy with a good job and heart plus he's a great cook. He's hard working too.

But there are some things that disturb me: (1) he gets defensive when caught (2) he was secretly giving his ex money behind my back (3) had threatened to leave when we have an issue come up (4) stopped having sex with me for 6 months all the whole watching black men porn who look opposite of me despite him having erectile problems. He also had pictures of local hung black men on his computer "even though he never had sex with them". He refused to go to a doctor for viagra. I have to plan every activity of us together everyday while he doesn't. Here recently the ex that he'd been giving money to wants to take him to Disney land in October. He told me because he "thought that I should know". He didn't even say "no" to his ex. (5) on top of that, i feel invisible and Alone. I've spoken to him about this on numerous occasions and after being ignored, I've started to cheat and cultivate another relationship. But I feel so bad because I'm feeling as if he's not really understanding or wanting to see how I feel. Get this, we spend all of our time together which makes this even harder. I'm always catching him in something!!!!!

I was taken off of the deployment due to the fact that I filed a sexual harrassment charge against some members of my unit. The formal complaint was given to the commander 18 days ago and it wasn't filed unil recently. I have filed an IG complaint and would like to also file a JAG complaint as well. My questions are: (1) what is JAG's official forms? I can't find it on their website and (2) I want to file a civil suit. I'm in the Army REserve
