Does personal property tax apply to personal trailers, and vehicles for the state of Washington.?
I want to live in an RV, so I have the option to travel around the U.S. As far as states of residence goes South Dakota stands out the most.
No income tax
No personal property tax
Very low sales tax
My primary work is in the state of Washington, and I am there most of the year, where there is no income tax, but there is personal property tax.
My question is does this tax apply to personal rvs and cars, if so is it worth it to declare residency in South Dakota, over Washington.
Thanks!

1 AnswerDo It Yourself (DIY)8 years agoVirgin Mobile on a used Iphone.?
I have an older Samsung Intercept with Virgin Mobile's 25/month plan (i'm grandfathered in). I really like it; 300min, unlimited texting and data. Its great because every other smartphone plan seems to be way more money.
I'm looking at picking up an iphone, for the apps and speed. Virgin mobile sells the Iphone 4s for $650, which is way too rich for me.
My question is could I buy a used iphone 4s, and switch my plan to avoid having to buy a brand new expensive one?
Would I be able to keep my 25/month plan as well?
2 AnswersCell Phones & Plans9 years agogood trail running shoes?
I'm looking to purchase a lightweight good quality pair of trail running shoe's, but I would also like them to look somewhat reserved, so they will go with my everyday attire, gray and black would be ideal. Most seem to have neon orange or bright green, which would look kind of strange with my usual black jeans and black t-shirt. Can anyone recommend a pair?
Thank you
2 AnswersRunning9 years agoHiking Clothing Layers and Brands?
Hey, I'm currently a semi-avid hiker, and am looking to go on some longer trips.
I really enjoy parts of the Appalachian trail through the northern states, and various other state park hikes in Vermont and New York.
I'm planning a two week trip to glacier national park out in Montana this summer, and would like some advice on clothing.
I have a great ULA pack I've been using for about 4 years now, but have never really invested anything in clothing.
I understand the need for layers, but could someone go through the specifics, and some different combinations.
I've been looking at ARCTERYX, but there stuff seems to be insanely expensive. Marmot seems to be a little better.
1 AnswerOther - Outdoor Recreation9 years agoIs it possible to drive a manual with 1 hand?
I am limited to the use of one arm due to a stroke at a young age.
I currently have an automatic camaro (4th gen), and am interested in switching it to a manual eventually...
I use a suicide knob and a blinker lever on the right side of my steering wheel to compensate for my left arm. I'm not sure if a manual would be possible mainly because I would have to let go of the steering wheel. I'm sure I would be fine in a straight line, but not around turns.
Would paddle shifters work?
Does anyone know of any solutions?
I haven't consulted the company that does adaptive equipment yet...
Thanks for any help :)
6 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs10 years agoF-Body Fans Question about V8 Camaro?
Hello,
I own a 1998 Z28 Camaro, it's not a very rare or valuable car, but it holds sentimental value. I've been holding onto it for about 6 years now and want to put some money into it. Perhaps make it a track day racer, or at the least a Sunday driver. The engine has 57000 miles so its still in pretty good shape, but it will definitely need some work. It needs new brakes/exhaust/rims/tires, and some performance parts.
I can install the basics, I have a friend who builds rally cars who said he would give me a hand a hand with the more complicated parts.
Budget is 20,000 and under.
So can anyone who has some experience or has worked with these cars recommend some set ups.
I'm currently talking with some F Body enthusiasts who have recommended some, just wanted to get some more ideas.
I'm not looking for anything ridiculous, I do want it to be fast though :)
Thank you
