Why does Gi2c use 4 different company names to market their same China internship to people? This smells fishy to me.?

Why are China job recruiters telling foreign ESL teacher applicants to work illegally with, L, F, M, & X visas?
You can only work legally in China with a Z visa, and bachelor degree. My understanding is that you will get arrested and deported if caught working without these two items. True or False?

What are the teaching requirements for foreign teachers in China today? My emphasis is on working in China LEGALLY.?
I have been reading online that over 2000 foreign teachers in China are being deported for not having a Z visa yet many recruiters still want people to go to China without one to work!
