  • Has anyone got dizzy spells and shortness of breath as they entered their 40's?

I don't smoke, I have had every test for my heart and lungs done. I also had blood work done with nothing showing. I am 41 and was pregnant but during the pregnancy I couldn't stand without feeling like I was going to faint and I couldn't walk more then 5 steps without shortness of breath. When I was 8 weeks I had a miscarriage and thought that would be the end of it but it continued. I went to the hospital where all the tests were done and nothing found so they said it was my hormones causing all the problems. This is 3 months later and I still get these spells every now and then. Some say it's my age and that it will level out. It is scary and debilitating. Did anyone else go through this and if so, did it go away after awhile and if so, how long? I am so limited to what I can do on a day to day basis and it wasn't like that before the pregnancy. I don't think I should still feel this way but the docs don't think anything is wrong. I eat well, get as much rest as I can.. I am just at a loss and don't know what to do.

  • How do you get a 15mth old to eat?

My 15 mth old son will not eat. He gags on most foods and will only nibble on very soft food. For example, today he ate 2 rice crispies, one bite of scramble egg, one bite of a grilled cheese, 3 bites of baby yogurt, water and breast milk. I try not to nurse him per my doctor's request but if I don't by dinner time he will have had pretty much nothing all day. His molars have been coming in and I am hoping that is the only reason but this has been going on for 3 or 4 months now. He is not losing weight but I am still concerned. Has anyone else had a child that did this? If so, how did they fix it? Did the child just outgrow it? I am worried and frustrated. Also, he only makes like 2 poops a month. I have told the doctor that and she said breastfed babies will do that sometimes. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place because if I stop nursing the problem might sort itself out but then if it doesn't then I am taking away his only nutrition. Also, he won't drink regular milk or from a bottle or take a pacifier so he needs to nurse to go to sleep. Please help!

I want to start the process of getting my son off the boob. I have tried giving him 1 bottle a day but he can't stand formula. So I tried giving him breastmilk in a bottle and he doesn't know what to do with it. He just bites it. I tried cups but he still just spills them. Help!

  • Pregnancy after miscarriage?

Just 2 months ago I had a miscarriage and was heartbroken. Now, I know everyone is different but how long does it usually take to get pregnant again? I am 37 so I am "older" but my periods have always been regular and I have had no problems. Plus I gave birth to a healthy son and daughter but in my 20's. The doc's gave me the green light to try again. Has anyone gone through this and had a successful pregnancy soon after a miscarriage? Thanks everyone.

  • Looking to buy a light yellow Pluto doll a child in Paris had. ?

I am assuming it is from Euro Disney. It has a classic appeal. Looks real soft almost like it is a baby toy. I have not found it on the Disney website or in the Disney store. (I live in the States) Has anyone seen this on a shopping website?

  • I am going to Ireland in Nov. Any advice on what to bring? (non-obvious things) Sleep on flight suggestions?

I am arriving in Ireland 9am and not sure how to be as refreshed as possible. Also, I know to bring warm clothes and raingear but not too sure on what type of shoes will be good. I am also going to London and Paris so I want to look good but also be comfortable and be able to walk around. (and stay dry!) Any of you gone in the fall and wished they brought something they hadn't thought of? Thank you so much!
