Search first before you ask it

Answers needs to change the format for posting questions so that a category MUST be chosen first, before the question can even be asked (form page appearing for filling in). This might make it slightly more challenging for the asker who would have to give the category some thought first, but it will probably raise the quality and relevance of the questions asked. If an asker can't decide what category then they probably shouldn't be asking to begin with
