4 AnswersOther - Cars & Transportation9 years agoDo I get any credit for being an authorized user of my dad's credit card?
My dad recently applied American Express credit card and have added me as an authorized user and American Express had asked me for my Social Security # to get the authorized user credit card. At the same time, American Express issued me a separate credit card number apart from my dad's, but understand that it would fall back under the same account. My question is, with me being the authorized user and they have asked my social security #, do I earn credit when either me or my dad uses the credit card?

1 AnswerOlympics1 decade agoWhich Chinese city will be the next summer Olympic hosting city in China?
I'm sure many people here may think Shanghai will be the next city given the city is very popular as Beijing in the world, but I think it maybe the city of Guangzhou, the host city of 2010 Asian Games. The reason to me is that all the arenas and stadiums that are build for this year's Asian Games meet Olympics standards. Although Shanghai hosted some of the big games in the world like they will host next year's World Swimming Championships, Guangzhou is also a big contender given that they already have the Olympic standard stadium. So what do you think?

3 AnswersAircraft1 decade agoDo you think that NBC during the Olympics is much more bias towards the American athletes?
Whenever I watch the Olympics on NBC, the commentators just keep mentioning how great their American athletes and how their victories means to the family and the nation. Plus, they only show events that is only American athletes or some of the highlighted athletes in the events instead of showing all of the athletes. I mean I'm sure the upcoming London Olympics, NBC will again say how great Michael Phelps and Nastia Liukin is and how great some of the American athletes. I understand NBC is an American broadcaster, but I saw the broadcast of BBC and their commentators are much more parallel commenting on each athletes they are announcing even though there is British athletes competing. Plus, I like the BBC commentating methods much more than NBC because they broadcast almost the entire events and like I said above, they say what they see and not because it is the British athletes that they say more fancy and heroic things
7 AnswersOlympics1 decade agoDo you agree that many of the Chinese youths when they come to the US, they try to avoid speak Chinese and?
try to speak much more English to make them more American? I observed many Chinese kids who immigrated to the US as time goes on, even at home when they are talking to their parents, they are speaking more English than Chinese. I mean is it really a bad things to remember your native language. I don't see the Polish do that and the Polish parents try to teach their kids the native language rather than English first. Yes, it is truth that their citizenship is American, but at the end, you are still Chinese and adding another language in your resume will not hurt you. Do you think that these Chinese youth try to avoid their heritage and slowly try to make themselves a true American?
11 AnswersChina1 decade agoDo you think that American only pay attention to their American athletes in the Olympics but never pay?
attention to other country's athletes? I mean I read so many comments from American fans that how impressive their American athletes, but never pay attention to other country's athletes. Like in the 2010 Olympics Women's short track, everybody in America was saying how great Apolo Ohno and Katherine Reutters are, but never mentioned how great China's Wang Meng, who setted Short Track history by winning the most Gold and medals. Even in Beijing Olympics, where China got the most medal, but American fans don't care about it at all because of Michael Phelps, Usain Bolts and other American athletes. So do you think that besides American athletes, the American don't care about other country's athletes? I mean you hear other country's fans having other country's athletes as their idol, but rarely in American where they have other country's athletes as their idol
