  • Driver responsible for passenger failing to wear their seat belt?

So, say you're making a turn @ 25mph and someone falls out of your passenger side door because the seatbelt was jammed in the door, and the passenger was 18 years of age or older.

Should the driver be held responsible for her injuries, and would the girl have a case to sue you with?

I live in Oregon, if anyone is familiar with the laws here.

  • So, I dyed my hair black...w/ facial hair...?

I really don't like the way it came out at all. I dyed my eyebrows and my sideburns/beard along with my hair. It turned out black w/ a blue tint, which really I'm going to get yelled at work for.

I've seen all these ads for color removers (Color Oops, One 'n Only ColorFix, etc)

I'm not really worried about using it on my head, because if it turns out horrible I can just shave it. What I'm really concerned about is my eyebrows, is there anyway I can get the color out besides straight up shaving them? I know they say these products can cause blindness, but I'm not worried about that at all because the dye had no effect near my eyes with the eyebrows dyed.

So, what can I do? No salon in town will touch eyebrows with dye or chemicals. Will the color eventually fade? I used a Loreal jet black dye. Think I can use a color remover on them without them falling out or turning a bunch of odd colors?

  • Was this girl hitting on me?

Okay, so I have these neighbors that are boyfriend and girlfriend. I'm pretty good friends with both of them, but I haven't known them all that long.

Anyways my friend made a comment to this girl (the neighbor) about how they never open their curtains (they have a big window in the front yard) and I said whenever I come home from work (late at night) one of them opens the curtain and looks to see who is outside.

Then she said "yeah, I like to look at you because you're hot" or something along those lines. I laughed because I thought it was just a joke but then I saw she looked serious and she didn't laugh at all. (btw this girl is very nice and really isn't into sarcasm or anything of the sort)

If she is hitting on me, then I need to take a step back (i'm funny and kind of flirty with all girls, but i don't say they're hot or anything) because I don't want to throw out any signals that could lead to anything further. I'm not into getting between relationships.

  • What went wrong with this girl? Girls advice please.?

Okay, I'm an 18 year old guy, and I was dating a 15 year old girl (yeah , I was skeptical about it, but she was a nice girl). She had a little crush on me for awhile, and she had her friend ask me out. She thought I was extremely funny, nice and cute...

So, the thing is, we dated for about two weeks and randomly one day she says "things seem weird between us, I think we should just be friends."

She's a shy girl, and myself, I'm sort of borderline shy, if I have something to say, I'll say it.

Anyways, on to my point, I always tried talking to her about what was going on in her head, and she would never really communicate with me, I'd tell her how I felt about things, and she'd just say "well I hope I don't end up hurting you."

We got along just fine, and I'm not sure if it's the maturity/age difference or what, or if she just didn't know what to do.

I guess my question here is, what would cause a girl that is shy to just break up with someone without even wanting to talk about it?
