Something you did, or something others did for you ?

During the past few years I have had financial problems. It started when I gave up work to look after my parents. Although everyone was very helpful, my monthly bills increased by nearly thirty percent, due to taking cheaper options. Do you think it is fair that people with less money have to pay more than those who have plenty. I think this may be the reason the rich are getting richer, and the poor are getting poorer.

Looking at some of the questions asked on this site, many seem like a cry for help, people at the end of their tether, people who need honest truthful advice and assistance. Although most here on Yahoo can give an answer, I feel the Yahoo team should look at these questions, and have a system in place to send the question to a qualified professional who could give correct help and guidance.
