when my son knocked on her door on a sunday morning. I am disabled mother of 3 children and I needed to let my landlady know something so my son went her door and knocked. After she screamed profanty at him she handed him a 30 day notice and said give this to your mother.

I don't want to move and I can not afford to move but yet every day she puts a note on my door telling me that I must make sure the place is clean when I move out. I am disabled and don't know what to do. I live in a nice neighborhood and I feel so lucky to be able to live here but my landlady is awful. From my understanding John Madden owns the complex, I can't believe he would let someone as nasty as she is run his complex. I don't know what to do, I have no extra money to move...Can anyone help with what should I do.

It's been 5 years since my divorce and just now I finally have the courage to get another car. They approved me with a high intrest rate but at least I got one. How do I get my exhusband to pay the debt that was order in our divorce and how do I get it off my credit report? I can't even get a checking account through my credit union because of this debt. How do I start to establish good credit again?

How do I report someone who is sending me pronograph photo's of himself? I have told him several times not to do this but he keeps on sending. I have blocked him but he always seems to make up a new email address. Please help.
