I have just go on to word to open up a document and a window has popped up asking to select the encoding so my document is readable. I selcted the default and all my work is now gone apart from a few unrecognisable symbols! I have tried not saving and opening up again but it just comes up with the same window and there is no english setting. I have tried changing the language but it says it is in English!

Please help I am desperate

Hi

I am really frustrated with my Ipod as it keeps playing songs backwards! Whenever I try to play a song it does'nt start but if i go to the middle of the song it will play backwards. Please help!

By the way in the left hand corner it has a rewind symbol kind of like << instead of the play or pause symbol :(

I have been getting my end of year tests back all week and I am really depressed my highest was 84% in French and my lowest was 50% for Science. Today I got 70% In French.

I only got 61% for maths and 71% for English I feel these and science are the key subjects and I didn't do so well. My Mum keeps saying how little revision I did but I fell I did loads! It is really upsetting me. What do you think?
