I work for a small business owned by a corporation in another state. Six years ago, while the company was privately owned our former CFO entered into a 3 year contract with a cleaning/janitorial company. The contract states that it shall be extended and renewed on each anniversary date unless either party gives written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to such anniversary date.

We have had problems with this cleaning company for at least the last 18 months and have verbally expressed our desire to end our relationship multiple times over the last year. Long story short, they insist on us giving them opportunity after opportunity to correct various deficiencies as required by the contract. Ultimately, we finally neared the end of the contract and gave our notice...but it was only 19 days, not 30. It expires on February 1. They are not allowing us out. Are we doomed to another year of lousy cleaning service because we didn't term the contract in enough time? Is there any way out?

OK, so someone just asked about her boyfriend who is in prison and can't afford the fees to pay for his divorce. That got me thinking....this guy is married, in prison, and has no money, but he's still got a girlfriend. Ok, I imagine the poor girl doesn't have many great options, but still? How does this make those poor guys that have jobs and a a little money but are yet painfully single feel?

Really, I just wanted to see what people would come up with as far as a LESS desirable mate than this guy. Short of having no genitals, wouldn't just about ANY man be better than that guy?

If a woman's husband watches porn with a female coworker he is having an affair with, does it mean he has feelings for his coworker? What if they only watch porn in which a really hot woman makes a really fat man come in less than two minutes, does that make a difference? Should it bother me that he watches porn? Can I make him stop?

...the porn question? This one is at least legitimate, but several times a day some disappointed woman will ask if it should bother her that her husband/bf looks at porn and if she is wrong for wanting him to stop. Do you answer it most of the time, or have you gotten to the point of just skipping past that repetitive question?

Why do some people ask the same question over and over, sometimes multiple times a day? We have the fat guy that wants a really hot woman. We have the woman that wants to know if her husband has feelings for the coworker he is having an affair with. There are many others. Usually, you can tell they aren't even real life situations the questioners are dealing with. It's not funny, it's not interesting, it's not clever....what is the point?

Do you think that women who claim to dislike receiving oral sex only dislike it because their men haven't been any good at it? Some guys start devouring before you are even warmed up...others tease for too long and feel like they are trying to hold back...but when you find a guy that does it right, is it really possible for it to not be good?

Are these ladies really OK with their men looking at porn and do they really have sex with their husbands 4 to 14 times a week.....or is it all talk based on the fact that they have anonymity on here? Are they actually like all of our wives and hate when we look at porn and would actually be content to have sex twice a month?

I know there is a tax credit for energy efficient home improvements. Our heat went out last night and I'm comfortable with the idea that it needs to be replaced rather than repaired (we've nursed it along for the last few years while it has been minimally efficient). Anyways, I'm wondering if there is a way to get the tax credit on my 2009 taxes, even though I'll be making the purchase in early January 2010. It just stinks that if it had gone out a week ago I could get the credit when I file my taxes in about a month, but because it went out today I'll have to wait a year for the credit.
