  • Is the landlord obligated to spray for bugs?

I recently moved into a town home and there is a lot of ants and I have seen 1 roach and a few spiders. I asked management if they could spray for bugs but they said that they do not do that. That I would have to get rid of them myself.

So is there anything I can do or say because it does not seem right that I have to pay for this.

  • Why do I have such a small lung capacity?

I'm 19 and run anywhere from 2 to 5 miles each day depending on my time. So you would think that I would have a larger lung capacity than a person who doesn't exercise. So how is it that my friends than dont exercise and smoke all day are able to take way bigger hits from a bong than me? I mean I take some pretty decent hits but these guys can almost clear out a whole normal size bowl if they wanted too.

  • Should I have my cars engine carbon deposits cleaned and whats the best way?

When I recently took my car to the mechanic he said that the carbon deposits needed to be clean out. I consulted a couple of mechanics about this and one said that he need to dismantle the engine and another said that it could be done with out dismantling the engine?

My car is a 1995 and has over 200,000 miles so does it even need to have the carbon deposits clean out. If so which would be the best way to go about cleaning it.

I have a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis GS and when i accelerate from a stop it takes off fine. The problem does not start to appear until its going into 4th and while is on 4th gear. When I'm going from about 35 mph and up and I try to accelerate I hear a rattling noise and it either has trouble accelerating or does not at all. The rattling is not very loud though.

Also the torque converter and trans fluid has been replace.

  • Can you teach an old dog new tricks?

We have 2 dogs that we got about 5 or 7 years ago as puppies from a man that was given them out at a walmart parking lot. My mom says that they are a german shepherd and chow mix but I'm not too convinced about that. When we first got them I was young and I did not play with them much. We mainly got them as guard dogs and they have been great guard dogs.

So now I am interested in trying to train them but I'm wondering if its going to be hard to train them since they are old. Also one of them is calm and does not get to excited while the other gets really hyper.

  • Is studying abroad a good experience and is it expensive?

I'm thinking about studying abroad at Australia and I asked my college and they said that it would cost what I'm paying now. But what other expenses are associated with studying abroad in Australia or any other country for that mater?

Right now my parents do not want me to study abroad because they are worried about the expense so I need to give them a good estimate of what I will spend

Also what are some good things that come out of studying abroad so that I can make my case as to why I should go.

  • How to fix up a 1994 Ford f150?

Right now we have a 1994 Ford f150 XLT 5.8L V8 and have to take it to school just for the summer though. Its a really badass truck but its just wasting to much gas. Buying another vehicle would be pointless because I only need to drive for the summer and trading it in for something more fuel efficient is not an option because it helps us make a little money on the side and it has sentimental value.

So what could we change or add to it in order to make it more fuel efficient? I was thinking about a new engine, headers, flowmaster, and air intake but then again I dont know much about trucks.

  • Is my dogs thick fur making it hot.?

Lately the temperature has been getting up to the 90s and I have a pomeranian. Does any one think it would be a good idea to cut its hair to keep it cooler in the summer?

Oh and is it ok to leave my pomeranian in the car with the windows cracked for just a 5 or 10 minute? Or is that to long of time for a dog to be in a car on a warm day?
