I need a new notebook mainly for work (office documents, email, web-authoring and photo editing). Because I travel I want it to have some entertainment capability (light gaming, and watching Hi Def content) but still be relatively portable (under 8 pounds). Does anyone know of a PC notebook manufacturer that offers a back lit keyboard, Blue Ray drive, TV tuner, and hdmi output in a 15.4 to 17 inch platform?

I lost the tip of my left index finger in an accident at work. What's left of my finger is blunt and flat making it virtually impossible for me to fret a string with my index finger without touching another string. I've tried alternate fingerings but would prefer to find a source to buy a finger prosthetic or lean how to make one that would allow me to fret accurately and allows for some "feel." Any information or ideas are greatly appreciated.

My entire DVD collections was recently stolen and I am forced to rebuild it and have decided to start with the comedies. So what are the must have funny movies that I should own.

I'm planning to use three 10,000 rpm Western Digital Rapters in RAID 5 for my dream PC that I'm getting ready to build. I want the quickest possible boot and load times from my hard drives but I also want some protection against data loss (bad experience with RAID 0). I also want to have tri-boot system (Linux, XP and eventually Vista) and am concerned that three partitions would reduce or eliminate the performance gains from my RAID array. Is this true? Any suggestions and advice would be much appreciated. (Storage and back up is provided by a 2Terabyte NAS so I don't need a huge amount of local strorage)

Most online poker sites seem to have a blind structure that forces you to risk your all your chips fairly early in the tournament just to keep from blinding out. I'm looking for a site that has a blind structure more like a WPT, PPT or WSOP event. Poker Stars (http://www.pokerstars.com/?source=moderngrinder.co... Sunday Million is the closest I've found giving you 10,000 in starting chips, 25/50 starting blinds and 15 minute levels. The Problem is that it's only once a week and would like to find a site that has more frequent deep stack tournaments,

I would like to add a label cloud to my blog with keywords organized by popularity. What I am looking for is some code I can cut and past into my current template to give me a label cloud. I would prefer not to have to redo my whole template, which would take hours if not days. (Note: I spent a lot of time trying to get the new Blogger template editor to get the look and functionality I needed and ended up reverting to the old style template after hours of frustration)

I want to keep track of when a spreadsheet was last updated and would like to have excel do this automatically. I know it's possible to have the current date and time inserted into a cell but what I would like is to have it change only if there the spreadsheet is edited and not when the spreadsheet is simply opened or viewed.

The ideal solution would be a piece of software that can analyze your hand histories and determine if your luck was better or worse than the statistical average. Does anyone know of such software?

I have an Excel (XP) spreadsheet that I use to to track the monthly profit and loss for my business and would like automatically project the total profit for a month based on average daily profit. Here is the formula (Total Profit / Day of Month) * Total Days in Month = Projected Profit. What I want like is to have Day of Month to automatically be inserted into the formula. Currently I have to manually change it each time I update my spreadsheet.

I just found out that a new bill was introduced today which would allow for the legalization and licensing of online poker and gambling in the US. As an avid poker player I'm very excited about this development but I am also worried that people wont' take the time to write and call their legislators to show their support for the bill. I've already done so will you as well? What else do you think should be done to get it passed?

It's time to upgrade my old system's video card and want to be able to play next gen games on it but don't want to spend $400.

Does anyone know of a website that is keeping score on the HD-DVD vs. Bule-Ray battle. I'm looking for stats how many units sold, studio commitment and title availability. I'm also curious which one you think will win in the end.
