  • Why do men change how they behave toward a woman after 3 or 4 months?

I'm really hoping for answers from men who are 40 or older because...well, as we go through life, we just gain a little more wisdom and insight. In general, I'd really appreciate answers from men because I'd like to understand from their point of view. Here's where my confusion lies: You begin to date a man and both enjoy each others company. You both decide to be exclusive and commence to have a fantastic relationship. You see each other on weekends and talk and text during the week. There's a great connection and you truly appreciate and enjoy each other. 3 or 4 months pass and he calls you a little less but still calls; you're still having fantastic weekends together...and, no, it's not all about sex. By the time 4 or 5 months pass, he barely calls you during the week but you're still having wonderful weekends...you talk, you spend time together, have a great sex life, and even make plans to spend the upcoming holidays together. When you worry about him not connecting with you during the week he seems shocked that you think he's losing interest. Yet, he still doesn't connect with you by calling. (Seeing each other during the week is hard...we both have children and life 45 miles apart.) What happens after that initial 3 or 4 month period when a man showers you with attention and affection? If its clear he's interested in "us" on the weekend, why is it so hard for him to maintain that connection during the week? A ten minute phone call 2 or 3 times a week would suffice. Your thoughts and insights, men, are appreciated.

  • Why will people help others w/debt but not will real need?

Three years ago, people gave over $20,000 to a woman named Karyn (http://www.savekaryn.com)/ to help her pay off credit card debt she wracked up. I started a website http://www.helpasingleparent.com)/ and no one seems interested in helping. I know no one's obligated to help, but I really don't understand why people would be willing to help someone pay off their bills for purses, shoes, and lattes and not help a hardworking single parent who just needs a break and some help getting bills paid. Any thoughts? I'd love to hear them.

  • How do you write a marketing plan for a company; what must be included in the plan?

If it helps, you can use a recruiting company as an example. Also any examples or resources would be very helpful. Thank you.

  • Looking 4 the names of companies, like Alpine Access, that out-source call center staff(work from home).?

Recently a news show highlighted 3 companies that out-source call center staff. The employees, or independent contractors, work from home. Alpine Access was one of the companies and the only one that hired you as an employee. They're not hiring in my area. Can anyone help me find the other two, or others if there are more, or the news show page that provides their names and info? Thank you.
