SO the other day me, my dad and my step-mum were all talking about how flexible I am and where I was flexible, It was then that my step-mum pointed out to me (again) at the fact that my spine was very curvy like an 's' shape and that it could cause me problems in the future(she also gave the name of a condition, which I have forgotten the name of) if I didn't learn to sit straight, walk straight etc. the problem is that when I try to sit with my back straight without slouching it begins to hurt after a few minutes. I was wondering if anyone new how I could straighten my back gradually and train myself the sit straight....any advice would be great please

Hey, now to start off with I do not have a eating disorder and do not want to develop one. I am a size 8-12(depending on what clothing etc) and would like to get to a size 6. This will not look weird on me and I am only 5ft My measurements are Back-28 Waist-24 Hips-36 As you may be able to tell the main place I would like to loose weight are my hips and thighs.
I've stopped eating snacks now and junk food(as much as possible) I am going to begin jogging and etc. asap. I only have one major problem and that is I can't decide what I have for dinner as I live at my parents but I think my step-mum is on a diet so the food shouldn't be too fatty for dinner.
anyway, more to the point, does anyone have any tip and excersize regimes for me to do. I would like to achive this goal pretty quickly. Thanks :)
