Is there any way to get around this?
So I have a friend who I talk to over KIK, and she's the sweetest person I know. I really want to meet her, but the drive to her town from mine is eight hours long on average. I tried getting my parents to getting a way to meet with her, but they don't even want to take the effort to help. I'm fifteen and she's thirteen. She plans on going to Comic Con this year, but my mom doesn't want to take me unless she has proper information, like price, who I'll be with, where it is, and the like. That's my best bet at meeting her and my chances are slim. Is there any way aside Comic Con that I can meet her?
2 AnswersFriends6 years agoHow can I tell if my friends are actually real friends or pity friends?
Last year a new girl came to my school. I first met her in band camp and, at that time, just about everybody was telling her to avoid me. She didn't listen to them at all and we became friends. Then school started and the friends she made during school (One of which told her to avoid me and others I have had a bad relationship with) harassed me during lunch. She literally took their side each time and several times I broke down crying at the lunch table. The situation got so bad I was invited to somebody else's table, which I didn't think twice about. Skip ahead to a month ago where we were Facebook messaging and she invited her boyfriend (Who is one of the people from earlier) into a group chat. History repeated itself and he typed out that I don't have any real friends. I disregarded it until recent events. The next day she said that she was friends with me because she saw me as an outcast. In that same sentence she said she sticks up for her friends, which doesn't explain all of last year whatsoever. I ended up getting provoked for having a friend out of state by people I thought were really kind. Afterwards a week later I invited the people I'm closest friends with to go bowling and out of the people I invited, two couldn't go, one actually came and the rest never left any information at all. After contacting them over the phone they either hung up quickly when asked about it or apologized sarcastically. What do you think? Should I hang around different people or not?
1 AnswerFriends6 years agoWhat are the first steps to game designing and what do I really need to know?
Allow me to set the scene. Me and my friends want to design a game and the issue is none of us know what we're doing whatsoever. I already have a large idea of what it's about and created the story, but when it comes down to physically creating it, I have no idea what I'm doing. So the question is what should I know and how should I approach it?

My computer crashed about two months ago and it won't turn on now. It's a Windows 7 PC that when turned on, the starting windows screen loops repeatedly.
3 AnswersMonitors7 years agoWhy do people like Call of Duty so much?
I watch my cousins play different sequels of the series and, in my perspective, they all look the same. The only people who see Call of Duty as a copy & paste series are the people who don't play it. Even a dip$h1t on YouTube says Call of Duty changes more than Pokémon and Pokémon is far from copy & pasted material. I really think the series is overrated and watered down with a different title so people can don't know it's the same game with different weapons.

I'm writing a novel with my friend. Give an opinion.
Audrey looked up to see a giant gold mirror above their heads. It had an appearance of wings on its sides and a crown on top, complete with four silver stars on the corners.
Suddenly, the mirror began to shine brightly. A shadowy figure came out that looked a bit like Lee, but with some differences. The figure's hair, gloves, and shoes were pitch black. His eyes were lacking pupils. Every other aspect except the pants were dark shades of gray.
The dark figure grabbed a hammer similar to Lee's hammer with a different sign and coloration than his own. Audrey grabbed her sword while Lee took his hammer and Lexi took her slingshot. The battle was difficult, but Shadow Lee fell to the ground.
The group of friends began to walk away when Shadow Lee jumped up, roared loudly, and summoned an axe. In the scramble for life, they were almost beaten when, in a shot to the head, revealed his weakness. Audrey swung her sword upon that mark, causing Shadow Lee to shatter into pieces.
The mirror formed into a black hole, sucking everyone in. To where, they didn't know.
4 AnswersBooks & Authors7 years agoHow can I help?
My friend Audrey told me she wants to write a story. She asked fir my help with a plot. When we got our writing assignment back, we both got a perfect score. She then asked me to write with her.
Now here's the problem: Nobody can read my handwriting and she says she can't illustrate. How would this partnership work if we're polar opposites?! I don't want to let her down, but it's kind of nerve wrecking.
1 AnswerFriends7 years agoShould I, or not?
I was looking through YouTube when I found a guy who told off the Legend of Zelda: my favorite franchise. To be more specific, it was on Ocarina of time. He said the game sucks because the graphics are bad, the controlls are laggy, the music is forgetable, the characters are stupid, and so on.
The problem is that his opinions are biased. He compared a 1998 game to a 2003 game. The little mutant even told ME off and said if I went to the YouTube staff to report him, he would re-upload my videos and file a copyright notice on me for stealing the videos, just to remove my channel.
Should I report the brat, or let him insult Zelda again? He should know he shouldn't make fun of Pokémon or Zelda and not expect me to react. I swear uf he goes farther, I will crack.
3 AnswersVideo & Online Games7 years agoFriend saw me naked then stripped. Is that bad?
I was taking a shower and somebody stole my towel. I demanded for it back and found out who it was. It was my little cousin. He then threw it out the window to an alley. I then decided I would go and get it from the deck on our apartment. It was on a trash can so it began to shudder upon taking the towel off. At that point, my best friend came in and saw me there naked. She didn't flip out or pass out. She stood there for about 15 seconds. She said she heard a noise and came to investigate. She then continued and then looked down. Then she did the least expected thing ever: she began to remove her shirt. When she went for her pants, I asked what she was doing, and claimed to be getting things even. She then removed what she had left. After that, she stood up to me and hugged me. She put her clothes back on and left.
I don't know what to do next. I admit she IS kind of cute, but I feel weird about it now. Should I tell her how I feel? Please help!
