  • Prepping finger food for baby, freezing advice?!?

I m going back to work, to make things easier for family I thought it would be a good idea to prep finger foods. Can I cook then freeze things such as carrots, peppers, baby potatoes and sweet potatoes then defrost for baby to eat? Obviously I don t mind if they re a bit softer than usual as he has no teeth, but I don t want to end up with mush?

    Thank you

  • Wheezy baby, 5 months old and ongoing?

I know this isn't a GP practice, but I'm looking for advice!

I've been backwards and forwards with GP and health visitor. My son's awfully wheezy as soon as he takes milk (boob or bottle), so much so that he coughs and throws up. He struggles taking milk, a good oz is wasted from him coughing during feeds, snd he fusses alot. I've tried 2 reflux milks, omeprazole, different teats to no avail. I keep getting palmed off with"its a cold" or "reflux", but with no solution , he's putting on weight so they're not worried.

My concern is at 6 weeks I found him unresponsive, after a trip to hospital they found nothing wrong and said he probably choked on sick/milk. So obviously, with him being wheezy and coughing I'm so paranoid he's going to have another episode!

Has anybody else experienced this? What did you do to resolve? Thanks :)
