I usually do squats using 30lb dummbells, but idk if its working or not  

I'm an emotional guy and idk. Maybe i am depressed idk. I have bad mood swings. I can go from happy to angry/sad or vice versa in minutes. I will cry over movies and music. I will even wake up crying over a dream i had. do i have a chemical imbalance? 

I had a best friend growing up. we sadly drifted apart when we went to different high schools. I haven't been able to find a best friend like that. I have friends i do stuff with, but i don't considered them a "best friend". 

I'm 28 and work out 15-20 minutes every other day. with 15lb (15 on each end) dumbbells. And i'm not building muscle. I've been working out since last year as it was my New Years resolution. I've slimmed down ALOT, but i only built a little muscle in my arms. Should i increase the weight of the dumbbells? and what foods can i eat to build muscle? i don't get enough sleep and i don't eat breakfast which i think is the problem too. what do you think? thanks

I have this weird pressure in my ear like there is something in there. I'm having trouble hearing out if that ear too, but when i stick my finger in my ear it's clean like no wax. Does this sound like i have a deep ear wax clog or ear wax deep in my ear? 

Okay so i am a night owl and was offered a job working nights. I always wanted a night job so i just want to know what i can expect? it will most likely be a 11pm-7am shift. will i be able to adjust or will it be difficult? also i am 28y/o

I was wondering this if there will be any different hairstyles from the 2010s? or will they be the same?

Since Friday my one upper pre-molar tooth has become extremely sensitive to hot and cold. I believe i had a filling in that tooth and i think it fell out. I have no other pains when eating unless it's real hot or cold. Should i call my dentist to make an appointment? my next dental cleaning isn't until March 

I'm a guy and i love buying clothes 

I think i am seriously losing it. I am always forgetting stuff, misplacing things, losing things, etc., i am under lots of stress so i'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I shouldn't be this forgetful i am 27 going to be 28 next month 

I had to move someones buggy today to open the door to the milk and the lady gave me a dirty look 

I have been having dreams that take place on my back porch. Last night i had one that i was looking out of my back window and out onto my back porch... what could these dreams mean? i know they're just dreams but could they be something else sub-consciously?
