Do some headphones not do panning?
I m mixing some tracks in Pro Tools and wanted to hear it through $20 "Symphonized Earbuds" to see what it sounds like on typical headphones. On a guitar track, when pan=0 the track s volume is barely audible, but it is audible in both earbuds when I pan the track hard left or hard right. I don t have this problem with Audio Technica headphones.. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?.

5 AnswersLaw & Ethics3 years agoA girl filed a petition for a stalking no contact order against me. I have?
proof that the plaintiff committed perjury in just about every single sentence when she filed the complaint. How likely is it that the judge will listen to me if I ask that nothing bad happen to the girl for committing perjury (which is punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a $25,000 fine)?
I have a lawyer who specializes in this kind of case, and he gets mad whenever I try to tell him that I don't want anything bad to happen to the plaintiff (she's in a bad underlying situation and was pretty much forced into filing the no contact order). Why is he doing this?

2 AnswersLaw & Ethics3 years agoAre there specific kinds of things (such as accidentally violating a no contact order after it was issued?
because I thought it didn't go into effect until after the trial date) regarding this case that I should not tell my attorney about (things that he would probably view as being better if he doesn't know about it)?
I'm preparing a document for my defense attorney, with evidence and information regarding the case. It is a trial to overturn a stalking no contact order that was issued by a girl who filed it as revenge against me for telling her husband about a lot of extremely messed up things that she did to me 10 years ago that resulted in me being traumatized multiple times. She lied in just about every sentence of the summons, a lot of it with the specific intent of making me angry, and I have text message proof that she lied on the summons (which according to a place she signed on the summons, is an act of perjury) that I received.

5 AnswersLaw & Ethics3 years agoI have to hire a lawyer to defend me against an "emergency stalking no contact order" and I've never had to?
hire a lawyer before. Is there anything I should keep in mind or that I should know about when I call law offices on Monday to find out about getting a lawyer?
For example, is it useful to ask the lawyer roughly how many cases he's handled that are similar to mine? Should I make a point of calling at least 2 or 3 lawyers to sort of interview them and see which one seems more qualified? Is there a way to make sure that I don't get a young new lawyer to take my case?
3 AnswersLaw & Ethics3 years agoWhat can happen if you lie on a summons for a stalking no contact order?
A girl filed an emergency stalking no contact order against me to get revenge against me for telling her husband about something that she did to me that was so awful that it literally traumatized me. She didn't just lie on every page of the summons, she lied in almost every single sentence. Some of the lies were extremely careless and intended to piss me off. When I filed a motion for a hearing (I didn't go to the original hearing because the girl lives in another state and I figured she wouldn't show up since she lied on every page) the judge told me that all I have to show is that the girl lied on the summons in order to have the order overturned (I have to have it overturned or it will say that I am a stalker on my background record). Is it possible that she will go to jail for lying on a summons?
5 AnswersLaw & Ethics3 years agoAre there certain circumstances under which a person might be better off defending themself in court than having a lawyer?
What are the dangers of defending yourself in court ? Someone filed a no contact order against me and they lied very carelessly on every page of the summons. The judge told me that I can have the no contact order overturned (so that my background record does not say that I am a stalker) if I can prove that the other person lied on the summons. The other person got a lawyer, I think specifically because they lied on every page of it, and they looked terrified when I saw them at a hearing for a motion. Might I be alright defending myself in this case?
