I bumped my index finger (top outer section) against my boyfriend's watch yesterday. Now, a day after, it is swollen, sensitive to the touch, and has made an oval shaped red patch. I can still move it like normal - could it be chipped or broken?

Could anyone please tell me either which language this is, or what this means?
