I heard when I was in a mall. It was sung by a girl with a voice like Karmin. It has the 'oh oh ooooh oooooh', it was catchy and lively like you would want to clap your hands. I can't clearly heard the lyrics but I caught the words 'heart' and some 'lay' and some 'hands' and some 'air' idk. It's not a song by lady gaga or by britney spears or by demi lovato or by mandy moore or a song called hello. She really sounds like Karmin. I've been searching this song for months in google and youtube but it can specifically tell me what it was so my last hope is yahooanswers, please help me know the title. It will be a big help!
