It started yesterday afternoon. My laptop is plugged in but it only charges some of the time. I have to keep my laptop at a certain angle so the charger falls right otherwise it stops working. I'm not really sure what is going on because the charger is only a few months old and my laptop is not having any other issues. Nothing happened to it or anything so I am rather confused. Since I am a college student I need my laptop to be working in order to do the work for my classes. I am starting classes again in 3 weeks so I need to figure out it there is something wrong with the charger or with the laptop. I am really hoping it is the charger so I don't have to put out the money to buy a new computer but if I have to I have to I suppose. I don't know much about how the computer and charger actually work so I'm sorry that I don't have many details.

Please just give your opinion on what is wrong if you have an educated guess? And please explain things so that I will understand? Thank you!

I am a new employee at Macy's and I know that in order to get my discount I have to use my credit card or prepaid card. I got a prepaid card but I do not know how to add money onto it.

Can I do it online? And if so where do I go to do it?
