  • Outsourcing loop hole?

Obama always accused Romney of using a outsourcing loophole to get out of taxes.

If this loophole does exist, why didn't Obama close it?

  • Did I handle this properly? explained inside?

I own and run a business in an "at will" employment state.

Yesterday two of my employees called the office and said they were taking a "gay" day. I told them that it is not a legitimate reason as is outlined in their contract. Well this morning they came into work and after about 5 minutes they asked the IT guy why they couldn't login to their work computers. The IT guy called me and I told him to tell they two workers that couldn't login to the system to go back to their office. I then went to their office (they were in the same multi desk room) and said that I locked them out of the system yesterday. I added that they had one hour to pack their personal items and leave because their FIRED. They asked why. I told them that "gay" is not a reason to miss work in their contact.

I wouldn't have had a problem if they would have SCHEDULED a personal day to use as their "gay day", but they didn't so they had to pack their stuff and get their butts out.

    * I fired a guy last year because he said didn't come to work because "he didn't want to come".

What do think about my decision?

  • My girlfriend said that most people that are gay were sexually abused sometime in their life?

I asked 5 people that I know that are openly gay and 4/5 (four female- one male male, all of the females said that they were sexually abused when they were young and it could have created sexual issues for them. Only the male said he was not)

I wonder if this statistic could expanded to the general gay population?

----I am not saying all gay people were abused, only that 4 or the 5 friends that I know that are gay were abused when they were young.

  • How is the person that was in the new lately for legally being a "man" considered a man? ?

"He" was born a woman and still has all of "his" female parts. He/she has only cut off the breast tissue and took hormones.

Now people think it is a big deal that 'he" and "his" girlfriend-( who cannot bare a child) went to the sperm bank and got he/she pregnant.

How can this be a big deal, it is no different than any WOMAN getting pregnant?

    Also

The She/man said that being male or female is a feeling. I say that is a load of BS. Gender is a Biological trait. No matter what this person does her genes will always be female and if she want to be a man, she should have to remove all female reproductive organs. What you think?
