Please help me. I hate myself so much.

I'm 14, weigh 155 pounds, and am so ugly. I have heard the boys at my school make fun of me for being fat and ugly. I have been cutting my wrists but I don't want anyone to know. I cry myself to sleep or just go into my room to cry, I just want to be beautiful. I have VERY VERY low self esteem, and I don't like hanging out with people anymore because I feel like I'm always the fattest one. I have a crush on this boy, and I hate myself even more because I know him or any other boy will NEVER like me. I feel so alone, like I need someone to just come up and hug me when I cry, but no one does. I hate everything about myself. Someone tell me what to do. I feel like if I'm with him I'll feel like I am beautiful and I'm worth something. Right now I'm actually considering suicide. So please help me.
