I think I’ve had PCOS since 17, as that’s when my irregular periods began, (I’m now 20) I’ve just been too scared to go to the doctors as I thought that they’d say I can’t have children (naive I know) or that I had diabetes or something (as I’m overweight) and now I have two periods a year and really bad acne and really struggle to loose weight so I’m thinking that it’s actually PCOS getting worse, but I’m just so anxious to bite the bullet and go doctors 

Recently I’ve started thinking about death quite a lot, like thinking about who I’m going to haunt and picking out songs for my funeral. One night thought about overdosing. I have had a rough year, like all of us, 2 of my grandads passed away and then our family dog. I just want to know if this is normal.

I came home from turkey literally 4 hours ago and I’ve come back with a sore throat and a stuffy nose. I don’t know whether I’m just being paranoid or it’s something serious. I’ve also got work tomorrow and I don’t think it’s best I go in as I’m a support worker and look after adults with learning disabilities, and I don’t want be putting them at risk. I’m 19 btw
