What is the best software to draw something and transform it to change position rotation etc.?
Quality and price factored in as well. Drawing will be in 2D. (3D if the programs needs it to work)
I want to say draw a toon standing, transform it to sit. Change the hair to move away. All static, no animation.

If people have less chidren, say one per family in households where people realise that population growth is earth's biggest problem.
Then other households that could not care how they impact on the environment at all or the world around them have more children.
Are we then decreasing the ratio of intellegent people to less intellegent people.
How will this impact in the next few generations.
