Fell last week and reinjured my right side . I can't lie on my side it hurts to drive the car .Small little breaths only. Will they do any thing for cracked or broken ribs ? I tried tapeing them ace bandages only hurt more .No pain pills..... any ideas?

The abuse was sexual from a stranger that was caught,, but there was also years of phisical and mental abuse from my father.Also I was not the only person in the family to recieve the physical abuse.He is now dead but I have depression and other mental problems; It seems I go through loops of such anger and frustration about this . People say forgive it is GODs way I can't ,I hate him! They say forgive him that is GODs I can't he has taken so much from me. I know I am giving him power over me with this anger. I see a therpist and go to Drs. .But all people say is to forgive and forget? Any else care to help?

Eye sight been checked, take allergy meds, take meds for depression, insomm .high blood preasure,talked to Psyh. Pressure over eyes? Over=counter drugs joke.Woman ,54, ok weight !! anybody answer I don't want to take more meds.

In my 50 take anti-depression meds. and Levothroin for underactive thyoroid . I wear layer of cloths and finally get warm outside when its in the 80 . I have been this way for years anyone have an answer ? thanks
