I am 34 weeks pregnant and during this pregnancy I have been diagnosed with SPD so I have been in severe to excrutiating pain since I was around 12 weeks. Last night while on the phone with my mom I felt a weird sensation then a trickle of fluid which wet my pants and underwear. I assumed the baby just kicked my bladder so I went to pee and changed and put on a pad. It didnt stop though. I kept leaking a very small amount for about 4 hours then when I went to bed it must have stopped cause its not leaking anymore. Then This morning I had another small trickle after I used the bathroom. I have been having weird pains in my left side that feel like a stitch but come and go. I feel the baby moving normally and my dr said that because of the spd I will have bladder problems and possibly go in early because the baby has been so low for so long. I am really confused. With my last child when my water broke it was a trickle as well but it felt more like a heavy period and it happened whenever my son moved a certian way. I am worried that my water has broken but the baby's head is acting like a cork because he is so far down and the pains are a sign something is wrong but my hospital is an hour away and I'm wondering if I should wait till monday for my dr appointment. The stitch pain is weird and mildly uncomfortable but not painful enough to make me think its real labour.

My bf and I have been separated now for three weeks and we were just starting to work things out when, two days ago I found out I am pregnant. I was on the pill but recently switched brands, during which time we used condoms but i guess one must have had a hole or something, we have three children now and both of us work full time demanding jobs, my youngest is 17 months old and I am set to start back to school in September for a 4 year course. My parents and friends think I should get an abortion. My bf said that he will support my decision no matter what but I can tell he is leaning towards abortion as well. I am numb to this as I am only a few weeks and it doesn't feel real to me. I have no idea what to do, we didn't want anymore kids and I have an appointment to get my tubes cut and tied in two weeks. Abortion here is only performed between 8-16 weeks and I'm not sure if I can do it. I've never thought I'd ever even consider abortion but i feel that having another child right now would be selfish of me, and stupid. It's hard enough now to support all of us and when i go back to school it will be harder. I know that it's wrong to get an abortion but what kind of life would i be able to make for the baby? Please only serious non-judgmental answers.

My little boy was born in feb, he was sick with RSV at 9 days old and was on puffers for six weeks, since he's been weaned off the puffers and has started solid foods he won't sleep through the night. He eats baby cereal for breakfast, has three meals with meat, veggies and fruits and has cereal before bed. He goes to bed at about 9:30 and sleeps till one, then he gets up and I breastfeed him and he goes back to sleep till about 4 and I breastfeed him again and he'll sleep till 7. He eats from a bottle during the day while I am working but it's pumped breast milk. I don't know what to do as I am not getting much sleep. He seems satisfied with the milk and my other two children slept through the night between 2 and a half to three months old, both were breastfed. Is there anything I can do to help him sleep through the night.

My little boy was diagnosed with RSV at 9 days old, he's been on puffers since we got out of the hospital 10 days later. He'll be two months old on the 15th and now I am sick with a runny nose, sore throat and am sneezing. I'm so scared that he will get sick again because my older son is sick as well and my daughter is showing signs of getting it. They are both coughing and we have them on medication for cold and flu. I've been keeping the kids away from the baby and making them wash their hands constantly with antibacterial hand wash. I can't stay away from the baby though as I am breastfeeding. I want to know if he'll get sick again from me, or should I stop breastfeeding and pump for his father to feed him as he isn't showing any signs of being sick.

I am not trying to deny my ex visitation with my children but I was wondering if the court would disagree with me asking that in order to take my kids overnight my ex must have a suitable place for them to stay where they have their own rooms (one boy and one girl) and I want him to go to AA and get tested for drugs before he can take them, I also want him to stop denying my son is his just because his girlfriend has him convinced I cheated on him with my best friend. He said he wanted to get a paternity test, can I stop him from taking my little boy until he proves paternity? He treats my son differently and has since he was born. I just want to wait till he has no excuse to treat my baby differently before he takes him overnight. My little boy doesn't know him and is scared of him and of leaving me. When I asked my ex what he would do if my baby cried and wanted to come home, he said that my two year old son would have to deal with it cause he wouldn't bring him home. I have sole physical custody of my son, sole legal custody of my daughter allowing him access from a previous order, I have filed for sole legal custody of my son as well and want him to be part of their lives but wonder why he doesn't seem to care about their feelings. Am I wrong to put restrictions on him?

I woke up this morning and saw that i lost my mucous plug, i know what it is this is my third pregnancy, but i was just wondering, there was no blood in it and i haven't got any other signs of labour, I have a doc apt on Thursday and can't get in before then. Nurse told me to sit tight, but if i get any more signs of labour then to go in to Emergency, I was just wondering if anyone else has gone through this and still carried to term.

I have a girl and a boy, both their names mean practically the same thing even though i didn't try it. The girls means battle maid and the boys means brave in war. Any suggestions for a name for my third baby, not sure if its a boy or girl so names for both would be great, i want something different but not to weird.

I am totally clueless about baby showers, I have two kids and never had a shower for either one, but i thought it would be nice this time cause i actually know people in my town now but i have no idea how to plan one, my mom thinks all she should have to do is show up and my future mil hates me and my family. My best friend is a guy by the way who would do anything for me but he draws the line at baby showers. Plus i wanted to have just girls, and not to many people or anything but i was wondering how i should go about doing it and if I should have it at a certain point in my pregnancy and if you guys have any ideas about games or favors or prizes, or whatever. I really have never gone to a baby shower (i work 45hrs a week) and i know basically nothing about them. Any help or suggestions would be great.

I know alot of people are just going to harp on me being jealous or some other bull but I've known this girl forever, she used to always tell me how she wish she had my life, because i had a beautiful baby girl and my bf was there and with me. When my daughter was nine months old my ex cheated on me with this girl who had been my best friend since we were 10. He said he was spooked by all the wedding plans we were making and told her he wanted nothing else to do with her. She however tried to hook up with him after and he told her no. We got back together and eventually had a little boy. Stayed together for almost 6 yrs. He started drinking heavily and i couldn't take the way it was affecting my kids so i left him and moved back home. He started talking to her again about 4 months after we broke up when he realized i wasn't going back to him. Now they are going out via a long distance relationship. They have only been together about a month and she has him convinced that i cheated on him with like 20 guys when we were together and that my son is not his. I never cheated and my son looks just like him. We had a verbal agreement in place but now she is trying to get him to change it. She wanted my life and now she is with him and trying to convince him to try and take my kids. It's creepy cause he wants to take them out of town when he comes home to stay at her place now and i don't trust her. It's like she is trying to get my kids. She only has a one bedroom apt and I have a boy and a girl 2 and 5 yrs old. I don't think they should be around her because she has brainwashed him and I'm worried about what she will try to say to my kids. I'm also worried about them taking my little boy an hour away when he doesn't know either one of them and my ex doesn't even believe he is his son now anyway. I suggested him spending some time with them here first so my little boy can get used to him and he said no. I told him that a two year old is going to cry for his mommy and he won't sleep anywhere but in his own bed, he won't stay to my parnets or sisters and they are around him all the time.

My bf's mom is crazy, like totally. She totally went off when she found out i was pregnant for him. I mean he's 26 and I'm 23, but she is convinced i did it to trap him. I have a great job, had to put off going back to school because I'm pregnant, I already have two kids and she thinks i got knocked up to trap him. She tells him all the time I'm using him, when i make twice as much money as he does and i pay all the bills. Every time she drinks she calls here two and three in the morning bitching me out for taking her son away and how I'm this evil witch and I'm keeping him away from her. She is convince i stop him from going to her house. She has on two occasions called my mom till three in the morning keeping her and my dad up when they work really early. My mom had to get the cops involved in order for her to stop calling. Then the last time she got drunk she called my ex and told him a bunch of crap about how I'm treating my kids bad and i'm gone out all the time and i leave the kids with her son. She's telling everyone that the baby i am carrying isn't even her sons, it's my best friends baby (we have never even kissed). And my bf acts like it's all no big deal. Every time she has come to my house she has made a comment on how much weight i have gained, when i haven't even gained a pound. She has totally disrupted my life and she is the only thing my bf and i fight over. He doesn't seem to think that anything she does is wrong. I can't take it anymore. I had to get my number changed and unlisted so she doesn't call me. I told him i don't want her here anymore or around my kids, including this baby. He tells me I'm overreacting. And i came home from work and my five year old tells me that his mom was here today. It's like nothing i say matters. How can i get him to see what she is doing when he is totally blind to the fact that she has never apologized for any of the things she has said or done?

My ex is coming home for Christmas and wants to take my kids to a town an hour away so he can be wit a girl he hooks up with, I don't want them to travel that far in the winter with the roads as bad as they get. Do i have the right to stop him if i think it's dangerous?
