Is an Albumin/Creatinine ratio of 0.7 normal?

I'm female, 29.

I've been with my boyfriend for a relatively short time (around 4 months) but we have had the exclusive chat which is something that he wanted. I'm a busy person so don't have a huge amount of time to spend with him and currently see him 2 times a week. This seems to suit him fine and its great for me because I'm so busy. Because of this my time is very precious to me but he's cancelled on me a few times in the past few months. Writing this down it really doesn't seem like a lot but when we already don't get to spend that much time together it has a big impact. His reasons for cancelling are never great reasons. The first time was because he just wanted to have some time to himself, I understand completely, sometimes I need that too. Only problem was that did it about an hour before we were due to meet. Another time he's cancelled on me because he says he's tired. Every time it has been really short notice. I have made my feelings re cancelling very clear but he's just done it again! He says he's tired after a heavy night last night. Its not like I had planned for us to go hiking! He's literally coming to chill out at my house this evening.

I moved a meeting tonight to I could see him and he knows this. He then suggests the weekend but I'm busy as he knows!

I'm just insanely confused because he's been the one driving this relationship on, wanting to make things official and talk about the future. He's just bought a house and he's asking me if things continue to go well would I consider moving in etc etc. Introducing me to his friends (with minimal warning!) and being openly invested into this relationship.

My frustration could be partly due to the fact that I've had a bad day today!

But opinions please? Is he actually interested? Am I completely over reacting?

I have a friend who I'd like to help out. She's recently gone to see someone about a traumatic incident in her past and she's been encouraged to let out all the anger that she's kept for all these years to help her move on. She's already writing in a diary which is helping but a physical activity would also be great. I've considered boxing but any other ideas anyone has would be helpful. Thanks

I have an excel document with various currency amounts in. In cell E1 I want to be able to put a currency amount i.e - £100 and for that then to automatically divide between the 6 lines below.

I live really close to a pretty large park in Lancashire and over the past couple of months they've had all day music festivals there but haven't let the residents know. Don't get me wrong, I love gigs and festivals but it causes a massive amount of disruption for us trying to get home or get out! Do the council have a responsibility to tell us when these events are going on so we can at least be prepared?
