The background around the toolbars. What is this called and where do I get more choices?

Is there anything I need to do or can do to fix a hijacked email account? Some of my friends are getting routed to porn sites, etc. This is not the first time for me. All of my contacts were wiped out in one account. Opened a new one and now friends are telling me they are being redirected to porn sites, advertising sites, etc. I DO NOT open any links in emails and put them in the trash but...what to do now. How do I clean this up? I do not know how to close down an email account. What do I say to my contacts in the subject line so that they will even open it so I can tell them what happened? What a pain in the ass. What concerns me most is none of my contacts wanting to open mail from me. Please help.

qReplaced bad motherboard. HP Companq 7300, supposed to be windows xp home. Put in hp quickrestore system recovery disc cd. With 5th disc- Error #1609- lost clusters, clusters 1312305-1312305. then... Error #983 Too many errors found, process halted. What do I do? HP says buy new recovery cds.

Got an email from an address I trust, subject was "Secure Shopping!." Opened it. It was an away message from a colleague. My contact/address book was erased and I found out this morning that all of my contacts got the same message, now from my address. Ran several virus programs. Nothing. What is going on.

I am hoping someone out there has this program. Have been trying to download 9.5 and it has already been hours. Screen says 9 more to go and only at 34% download now. (1.86GB total) Is this normal??

African (Malawi) cichlid tank. 75 gallons, established. PH 7.5-8.0. Chichlid salt used. No plants, only rockscape. Bought 6 puffers ~8 weeks ago. Feed mosquito larvae, brine shrimp, krill. I feed them once a day. Occasionally skip a day. Also pellet, flake, cichlid food. The puffers don't seem to eat these. No signs of illness. No problems with other fish in the tank. Found three of the puffers dead, two days ago. One is now sick. THe other two lay on the bottom but seem to have revived and are swimming around None of them have looked sick- no ich, fungus, etc. Help. I really like these guys and am not sure what to do. Is the Ph too high for them? Not enough or too muh salt? No cover? Wrong food? looked them up on the net but cannot find the answers to these questions. I have a community tank and a guppy tank I could move them to if the ph is an issue (they are 7.0)- but if so, how do you do it without shocking them by the ph change? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can I feed puffer fish a piece of RAW shrimp as a treat? I feed them krill but thought they might enjoy shells on shrimp.

Have African Cichlid tank. Put 5 puffer fish in. Understand that water parameters are similar. Use cichlid salt, coral substrate. What do I feed the puffers and how do I manage it so they can eat it before the cichlids chow it down. The cichlids are pigs. Thanks.

I have a malawi cichlid tank. THe ph is only 7.2+ Want to raise the ph.Have added coral today. Want to know how much baking soda to add /10 gallons (is a 75 gal tank) to raise the ph to 7.6. I have new fish to put in. The pet store water is at 7.8 Used to have a cichlid tank, but it has been a while. The tank is well cycled since it has been running for a long time, empty.. has been running this time for a couple of months. I already add cichlid salt.

I have to remove a program that will not allow me to remove it from either the "add and remove" list,or from the program file. I want to reinstall the program,but cannot. Help.
