I am divorced and have the youngest of my 5 children at home. I love to sew Renaissance type clothing and I enjoy my pets. I am involved in animal rights and have not eaten meat in quite a few years. I have been a full time mother since the birth of my first child and with the exception of volunteer work and counseling in a Pregnancy Center, I have not worked outside the home. I have not used my college education but learning is such a joy that I hope to return and take some more classes. Helping people really makes me happy and I love being able to answer questions for the people that write to Yahoo Answers. I think that Yahoo! Answers really offers an important service. I wrote a rather long answer to a question the other day and when I went to see what others had said I got the above error message. What does it mean? I spent a lot of time posting links and quotes and that sort of thing so I wanted to see what sort of things others had written too.
Has anyone else had this happen to them? I have been told that it means that the user has "blocked" me. Why would that happen and what does it mean? I am confused!

I chose to ask this question here instead of in politics because my question is not a political one. I do not understand, when a person is equally 50% one ethnic background and 50% another, WHY do we label them as one or the other? Why isn't there some term that would more accurately give honor to both ethnical backgrounds? In this case Mr. Obama is clearly no more white than he is black and there should be some term that pays respect equally to each one of his parents while not totally disregarding the other. In this case we are totally disregarding his mother's heritage as if it never existed. I feel that this is wrong. Mr. Obama is clearly no more white than he is black. What if only his grandfather had been black? Would we still refer to him as black? If the truth were known many more people would be "black"!

My percentage of best answers has continued to go up so I don't underdstand what is going on. Does the "Top Contributor" sign have anything to do with your number of best answers? I have over 200. I am confused. I would appreciate any answers. Thank you!

The question is about the 13 year old who was raped and is pregnant. When I rated some other answers it registered my vote by changing the number of thumbs up or down. When I tried to give a positive rating to one answer it will not register it at all! What could be wrong? The person has gotten 7 thumbs down and her answer is excellent. I think the best one there! It will not let me rate her answer. Any ideas or advice? Thank you

When I filled out the information for that page I clicked the "private" option that was available. No matter how hard I try I cannot get rid of those lines of information that are under my avatar! It lists my exact address. Will I have to delete the avatar to get rid of that information? I do not the general public to see my address, it is not a safe thing to do.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
