Can my employer withhold my paycheck without notice and put the money towards an overpayment from STD?
They kept my check, without notice or telling me why. I rec'd an email after the fact that it was being used to pay down an overpayment that I received through Short Term Disability. However, I already have a payment plan in place to repay this money, and have been repaying it faithfully out of each check.
