I'm looking to relocate to albuquerque, New Mexico and I was wondering how hard is it to find an apartment? I'm planning to stay in a motel while looking in person. How long should it take and how much should it cost (an affordable studio)? Are there apartments available immediatly or I'll have to wait for anything good to vacate? I still don't have a job, but I have good credit. What are the requirements from landlords? How much deposit should I be prepared to pay upfront? When is that payment expected, when signing an agreement or when moving in? If I end up finding something better soon after signing an agreement, is there a huge penalty?

In the super-market some pepers are labeled as bell pepper and some aren't. I have a recipe that calls for red bell pepper, but I only found "red pepper". Is that the same? Will it work?
