  • Resin composite finishing?

    I'm having several old fillings replaced with resin composites. My dentist finishes them with what he calls resin finishing. He says it's like a top coat for the filling and will extend it's life. The problem is he is charging $99 per tooth. Thats on top of the $132 for the filling itself. Can anyone tell me anything about this?
