what happens when you don't pay a ticket and you have warrants issued?
they are non moving violations. i couldn't pay them because i have been very ill, and just couldn't afford them. i have never been in trouble and can't afford a lawyer either. i need to get them taken care of but i really don't want to go to jail. is there any way i can plead my case without a lawyer and can i make payments? this is keeping from getting a job since i have recovered and want to go back to work? i live in oklahoma if that makes a difference.
