  • Just put in a mother board and now I cant get it to run?

    I put in an MSI KT3 Ultra 2 w/ an AMD XP2100, replacing an ASUS A7A233 w/ an AMD XP1500. The errors I'm getting are running the gamut of ntfs.sys is corrupted, I get an error 7 when trying to boot from Win XP CD, one time I got the command prompt (and if this was DOS 6.22 there wouldnt be a question) but the fix wanted me to redo my hard drive....(uh-uh, no way). It basically keeps restarting itself and then when I turn it off, I can't use the front button because it won't turn back on. Just checking to see if anyone knew whats going on before I put my old mo bo in.
