How can you find out what txt messages say on another persons phone. Is it possible?

I am married, 4 yrs. 2children, 2 stepchildren. Had a great relationship but it slipping away. My husband lost his job, he then became disabled. I work full time, take care of the kids and home. I am tired. I feel we are not partners, he uses excuses why he cannot do his part in the relationship, the kids, in our home. I react by withdrawing, anger, ignoring our problems. He has crossed a line in our marriage by lying and lying by ommision over and over. I do not trust him. I feel I do not know him. He thinks I do not love him anymore but I do love the man I married. He thinks if I only loved him more we would be happy. I want to address our issues but his response is well is you are unhappy then I will just leave. He doesn't listen and fixing things seems to be on his terms. I would like some feedback. Obviously there are many more details but I am interested in what an outsider thinks.

I have been receiving unwanted e-mail and I suspect that a person I am no longer friends with who has my e-mail address is using my email address to send me unwanted spam for various products including sex toys, acne creams, weight loss products etc.. How can I find out if she is using my email address to send me these unsolicited emails?
