I am a Realtor with Century 21 Sea Coast in Encinitas California as part of a team. Our team works to try to keep people out of Foreclosure. Sometimes that is not possible though and so we also sell REO properties for banks. I have worked in lending and loss mitigation for the past 20 years. I really love my work - I know it is bittersweet when we sell a home as a shortsale, but at least we know our clients are going to be able to move on with their life. Many cases we speak with sellers and find alternatives to foreclosure. We can work with their lenders for them, taking away a bit of their stress. We also have clients that are not in short sale situations, we make sure their experience with us is a great one.
