My name is Lauren. I am a happily married mother of two. I am a big fan of reality television, as well as a big movie buff! I find myself to be quite the critic as well. On Yahoo Answers, I tend to be found most in Pregnancy/Parenting and Reality Television. But occasionally I will bounce around to different topics. I do hope to eventually be deemed a Top Contributor for one of the above topics! If you do not like my opinion on something, then feel free to email me! But please, be mature about it. All immature responses will be ignored. If it has anything to do with religion, dont bother, I wont reply. Not a topic I care to discuss! Feel free to check out my Myspace profile. My url is www.myspace.com/laurenlorenz .
Im having trouble potty training my 2 yr old daughter?
My daughter started using her little potty around 6 months ago and was doing GREAT at first, but then she just stopped. I figured maybe she just needed more time, so I didnt force the issue. Now Ive started trying to encourage her again and it's just not working. Occassioanlly she will go on the "big people" potty, but it is a very rare occurence. Ive tried everything I can think of to encourage her to "potty like a big girl", but nothing seems to be working! Ive tried giving her "treats" and lots of praise, letting her play with toys to be more comfortable, reading with her, letting her "teach" her dolls, etc. ANY suggestions are greatly appreciated.
