She lives in the UK and has an indefinate leave to remain visa for the UK but unsure if she needs a Hong Kong visa, she will only be staying there for 3 days

I am looking for an easy way to eat healthily and lose a few pounds, i am not lazy but work long hours and often get home late when the local stores are closed, can i make up salad dishes and freeze them so that i don't have to worry about getting to the store or does salad not freeze good?

i am wondering why nearly every day i hear someone on the news talking about the housing Crisis and complaining about the falling house prices, i am stunned that people complain about houses becoming cheaper, i would of thought people would want them to be cheaper so that they could buy one, am i right in thinking that more people do not own houses than people that do? why are houses so expensive, is it because people buy them to invest in rather than buy them to live in?

if someone is put to death, is it really a punishment, they do not suffer (maybe in the us where they can be kept alive for 20yrs) but genuinly in most countries they are quickly put to death, isnt it better for them to be kept alive to suffer someway every day for the rest of their lives ?
