I was driving and about to make a left turn, speed limit 45 I hit the turn going 30 tires squealed a bit but I could feel in the wheel no traction was lost, I was in my left lane the whole time in a 3 lane turn, didn't go out of my lane and was under the speed limit. Got pulled over by officer gave me a ticket for "careless driving" and said that I was going "at a high rate of speed squealing tires, almost on two wheels on turn and striking curb" with 3 passengers. I was nowhere near a curb, if I had been at a high rate of speed I would have spun out if I was "almost on two wheels" and crashed, if I had hit curb I would've totaled car since I was at a "high speed". When asked he doesn't know the speed I was going. I was also harassed during the stop, he asked for my SSN and I said I forget it and his response was "are you retarded?" along with other rude remarks about and claims that I am "stupid, retarded, mentally disabled" etc. He also took my car keys and everything out of my pockets and said he could "smell alcohol on my breath" I consented to the field sobriety test and and breathalyzer, I passed both, the breathalyzer with a .000 and was under no influence. He then gave me the ticket. Can I successfully fight this in court?

I had a few people over a little while ago and one of them stole $60 I have an idea of who did it since two people told me a name of one of the kids and took it, is this good enough proof for anything? What can I do

The tiles on the flat I stayed at were 15 years old and in desperate need of repair, I had a get together and some people left out the window onto the roof and off to be ''cool" now the homeowners association is trying to say that they caused the damage on the WHOLE roof and the whole roof needs to be replaced even though I've ventured onto the roof several times and no damage was caused, they say their proof is that a police officer saw people leave via roof and they have a witness of people getting off the roof, no police report though. Can I be held liable for the whole entire roof replacing fee? It's 15 years old and is cemented down rather than nailed so it's very poorly made and has needed to be replaced long before I lived there.

I worked for about 720 hours over a span of 2 years for my father. He said his pay rate would be $10 and hour. I've been working for my dad for 2 years for about 8 hours a week and he said he'd pay me $10 an hour. I need the money now to buy a car seeing as I'm 17 and he doesn't need work done anymore and I need to find a job. He owes me $8,600 based on our verbal agreement and now he's pulling the whole "you owe me for raising you" bullshit even though he only took care of me the first 3 years of my life and doesn't even pay child support (my grandmother does). He bought a home and we remodeled it without proper permits although now he has the permits. He will not pay me no matter what just from me asking for the money he owes me so I'm wondering if it's possible to sue him over a verbal agreement ( I have witnesses, i.e : My older brother and mother) or if I could threaten to tell on how he remodeled without proper permits ( could this result in him still getting fined?). Can I do either of these? Will either work? I live in Florida. And should I do these?

My dad had me on a wage of $10 an hour for work and over the past 2 year I was "working" for about 1,500 hours which only about 650 was real hard work that I counted..So $6,500..
