I would like to fill out an 1120 Corporation Tax Form for my friend's business. I will be using TurboTax for the PC. Although I have about 2 years doing my family's own taxes, I have no experience with business taxes. Can anyone tell me what things I should be aware of and, especially, what documentation or info I need to obtain from my friend. Thanks!

"The Pacific War during World War II was known for its brutality, and intensity in fighting between Allied & Japanese Armed Forces. Why? What are YOUR insights and personal thoughts on this subject? You may find some personal accounts of Pacific War veterans, discussed in Patrick K. O’Donnell’s book Into The Rising Sun, helpful in supporting your arguments and writing your short paper."

Any suggestions? I will obviously focus on the willingness of the Japanese soldier to fight to the death, and the mental toll that Japanese war crimes had on the invading US Marines (ie think of some scenes from HBO's The Pacific.) What else should I focus on? Thanks!

I have an aluminium iMac and I'm looking for a way to burn numerous DVDs in one day faster. I'm using the latest version of Toast, but I fear that the internal superdrive on the machine is the problem. I'm either looking for a way to make that internal superdrive burn faster, or looking for a good external burner that works well on a Mac.

Recently my job position has had dramatic changes occur to it. My position originally allocated time for us to train on a daily basis due to the nature of my job. Training for the last few months have been completely eliminated and through talking to my manager have found that future training will consist of no more than an hour a week.

In this now available time we are expected to fill in for other positions in order for those employees to take their breaks, effectively lowering the need for as many employees as was previously needed. There are three other positions that we now must fill on top of our own, one of which required additional training and certifying that did not reward us with any pay increase.

Given these circumstances, would I be eligible to collect unemployment if I am either fired or choose to quit because of the amount of extra stress and changes in my position?

I live and work in New Jersey, work full-time, and am over the age of 21.

I am at risk of being fired from my job for time and attendance reasons and coming to the conclusion that I will not be able to collect unemployment if I am terminated for such reasons. Does anyone know if it is possible to collect in New Jersey for being terminated for such reasons, or is there anything I can do in general to be able to collect?

I understand this is a touchy issue with many people as many people try to cheat the system this way, but I am really looking for some good good information regarding my situation and would appreciate any help.

My employer has contacted me but has not stated that I will be terminated, only that they will be "moving forward" with the issue. I never quit my job, and if I could still make it to work I would be going.
