is it just me, or is google down? everything else is working for me but google.

I love Kohl's clearance clothes. It seems like they cycle through pretty regularly, but I cant seem to pin down an exact time. Does anyone know when things are put on clearance? Is it, like, the first Monday of every month or just completely random?

I'm looking at Las Vegas wedding packages. What exactly does it mean when it says the following in a packages description:

Professional Photography 72 Poses / From which you pick your favorites.

6 4x6" & 3 5x7 Enlargements

Does it literally mean that I pick 9 of my favorite? From 72? What if I want them all?

I believe that a person is not legally required to give back a gift (birthday / Christmas / anniversary) if the giver requests it back. I have found some legal sites that elude to this, but do not say it more plainly. Does anyone have any reputable websites that have this information listed? Please, no Wikipedia or personal websites.

So today me and my fiance got into this incredibly ridiculous argument over whether or not airplanes have headlights. He says that they have forward facing lights to make sure they don't fly into other airplanes or mountains. I say thats silly; they have high tech equipment to tell them how high up they are and they know when mountains are coming.. He laughs and say that "do you think they have sonar that pings and tells them when something is coming?? They have headlights!" I think he is confusing white landing lights with "headlights" and that there isn't a forward facing light to help guide pilots.

So who's right?.. I tried looking online but I think I just found sights with people also confusing landing lights with headlights.

I'm trying to build a community website and my SQL skills are pretty limited. I've been looking into CMS's, but haven't found one that can easily fit my needs.

I'm looking for something that can provide a phpBB forum. Gallery2, a blog feature, and will help me to provide webspace / email off of my site. The features would be integrated together and would all share a common user database.

Is there anything that can fill all of my needs or most of them with some mod'ing?

My dog (a border collie mix) insists that you will scratch this area. It has become an obsession with him. When you are standing/walking, he'll slip between your legs and stand there for you to scratch him. If you walk forward, he walks backwards to stay in this spot. If you turn around and away from him, he'll just turn around and slip right between your legs. If you ignore him he talks (not barking, not growling, just a talky noise sounds like "roo") and will paw at your leg until you give up and scratch his butt. It's also like his spot that makes his leg quiver and shake when you scratch it.

I've tried looking online for an answer, and while it seems to be a common thing for dogs to like, I can't seem to find a reason WHY.

i swear! since i've been on tonight i've flagged at least 15posts!.. many wanting to know how participate in illegal activities, lots of spamming, and a ton of point gaming.

the constant flagging and nonsense questions/answers is really starting to bring down the fun of asking/answering.

I was suppose to receive a $1,000 check from my student loan that was to repay my parents back for books and misc. school stuff; however, my check was unavailable. After a long day of calling between my financial aid department and their prefered guarantor who handles the loans, I found out my school had somehow changed over my lender without my permission. Luckily a missing MPN kept the loan from going through. When I asked my financial aid department if there could have been a problem on their side and not the guarantor's side, I was treated very rudely. They even refused to look into their computer records to see if they had the mistaken information down first. They told me to recall the guarantor, ask to speak to a supervisor, and have them fix the problem. I was shocked that their resident loan advisor would treat me so rudely. This isn't the first time I've had issues with rude staff and missing/withheld monies. Should I write a letter to the president or to the school board?
